This t-shirt symbolises my love of music. Over 10 years ago, I entered a radio competition and won two tickets to see The Cure live at Wembley Arena. I didn’t really know many of their songs, apart from some of the obvious ones, but my girlfriend is a fan so we went along and had a great time. They played for about three hours banging out hit after hit. We missed the last train home and it was a work night! It was one of those moments where seeing a band live really gets you into them. I think that’s what this t-shirt embodies – my love of live music and its power not only as a source of pleasure but as a means of inspiration, too.
